There is no ‘us’.

Each one of us is different.

None of these writers know one another.

None of them have ever met, but I have met them and they write.

They are waitresses, widows, students, stylists and sometimes still searching for who they are, but they write. What you read here is what they have written without alteration.

It is rough.

They are writers.

Now you can meet them too.

In some cases in the time it took for them to write and appear on this web site they are already gone, but they won’t ever die.

Their words forbid it.

That is the power of words, even when we feel powerless.

Rough writers don’t want fifteen minutes of fame.

They haven’t got the time.
